The old Knight & Lee building on Palmerston Road is still sitting empty, completely stripped out and looking pretty much the same as it did a year ago. It’s owned by THAT Group, who bought it after John Lewis closed in 2019, with big plans to turn it into a mix of shops, offices, food spots, and more. But so far, nothing much has changed. It’s strange to see such a familiar part of Southsea frozen in time, just waiting for something to happen.
